Developing facilitators of CAKE: a bespoke facilitator day to prepare you to facilitate CAKE. This one day workshop will help prepare you to be a facilitator of CAKE.
Why do the facilitator training?
We learned the importance of preparing to facilitate from the CAKE pilot. This involved being able to ’sell it’ to the team, ‘pitch it’ to managers and being open to trying it out.
We also learned that novice facilitators need support to develop their skills and to embed CAKE into practice. Within this session we will create a safe space to get to know CAKE, try it out and practice facilitating CAKE.

The session is one day 9.30 – 4.30
